As per the point of this blog, I travel frequently. Most recently, I spent 10 days on a boat in Antarctica conducting research and an additional 10 days traveling in Patagonia for fun after that. When I am not traveling for Ultimate, I try to at least keep up with my training. From lack of free time to lack of equipment to other odd complications (like how do you run on a treadmill on a boat rolling over 20 ft waves), that can be easier said than done. Here are five ways that I've found make training while traveling a little easier.
